Position Summary: We are seeking energetic, reliable, and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for in-home clients located in the Matawan, NJ area M-F after school hours and weekends. Key Responsibilities: + Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA + Work 1:1 with children in their home environment + Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition + Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress + Participate in team meetings and ongoing training + Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines Qualifications: + Current RBT certification (BACB) + High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred) + Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes + Strong communication skills and a positive attitude + Availability during after-school hours (typically 3 PM – 8 PM).
