We currently have a need for staff who can provide hours between 3PM-7PM throughout the week. We offer very flexible schedules starting at $27.50 an hour! $20.00 an hour for Behavioral Health Technicians. A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is certified to provide therapy within Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS). Similar to a Behavior Health Technician (BHT), the RBT works one to one with an individual in a community setting. JOB DUTIES: Provide one on one Applied Behavior Analysis intervention to children with Autism, and other behavioral challenges, to foster improvement in their goals and objectives as outlined in the treatment plan. This includes but is not limited to: Intensive Teaching, familiarity with Verbal Operants, Mand Training, Shaping, Natural Environment Teaching, and Behavioral Contingencies. Structures sessions and prepares activities that appropriately address the clients’ goals and objectives, both independently and with the assistance of the Behavior Analyst (BA) or Behavior Consultant (BC). Works collaboratively with the BA and/or BC, Supervisor, Case Managers, Program Manager and other team members to ensure the treatment plan meets the client’s needs and is being carried out effectively. Ensure all documentation is completed professionally, legibly and submitted in a timely manner. All other duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS Current Registered Behavior Technician certificate. Valid Driver’s License. Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills. Must be at least 18 years of age.
