Regional Technical Sales Manager – North America – Remote
This role will cover US, Canada, and Mexico.

Job Purpose:

To be the main point of contact for HopInspiration® to specific global brewing customers, proactively managing their needs, aligning with TNS capability and portfolio. As such delivering profitable sales growth, technical competence through education and brand awareness across customer OPCO and Technical Centres

The job holder would be an experienced commercial and/or technical leader who demonstrates the ability to inspire customers, support a high-performance culture, is technically and commercially competent and has a real passion to develop a strong value proposition for the use of TNS high quality hop extracts for the customer.
This is seen as key leadership and ambassador role in a highly strategic market for TNS and will have significant autonomy and visibility within the organization to build an exciting new business unit.

Main Responsibilities:Manage the key account effectively.Create and execute 3 year Strategic Plan (including resourcing plan) for each customer account all regions from UK, Europe, USA, Australia, Asia and ROWUnderstand regional consumer requirements to evolve and adapt global product offeringOversee brand strategies and marketing execution in conjunction with Marketing Team to maximize awareness and consideration within the regionFull P&L accountability in Key account for agreed sales targetsEstablish market and competitor activity monitoring from a commercial perspectiveBuild / develop high performing support team to help realize company aspirationsIdentify and develop new business and partnership opportunities for awareness and growthBuild and sustain long-term relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external)Monthly reporting, sales analytics and technical insights; understand go-to-market strategy and how to maximize sales efficiencyStay up to date on industry beer style trend analysis, competitive hop extract activity and changing consumer behaviors through industry publications, events and insights reportsIdentify appropriate exhibitions and events to attend to build awareness and demonstrate a return on any investmentSkills & Abilities:

Strong commercial acumen for added value of using hop extracts in brewingStrategic thinking and takes initiative on new areas of business developmentInspirational leadership and reliable manager of day to day prioritiesSuperb communicator, great organizational skillsMotivates wider commercial team to learn and develop new business opportunitiesEducation & Experience:Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience within the brewing and/or hop industryA through technical knowledge of how to use hops in brewingA proven track record of developing and executing go to market strategiesStrong affinity with customer needs to build awareness and engagementEvidence of building and leading strong, high performing and motivated teamsMarketing expertise to build consumer brands in a compelling and engaging wayStrong analytical / P&L experienceExcellent presentation and communication skillsA bachelor’s degree in scienceDemonstrable ability to self-motivate and manage multiple prioritiesStrong attention to detailStrong IT proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power PointFluent in EnglishA full driver’s license and passport, and be flexible to travel on a regular basis.The travel will be up to 50%.
