About the Job
The Regional Strategy and Account Director, Tzield will join the Type 1 Diabetes Commercial organization and report to the Head of Regional Strategy and Operations. This role will be responsible for successfully leading a team of Strategic Account Managers (SAMs). This team owns multiple high-priority accounts across a geography and oversees the acceleration of all Tzield processes at these centers by developing a deep understanding of assigned accounts, identifying account-specific gaps impacting Tzield utilization/access, and managing overall Sanofi support. This role will ensure that account-specific business strategy and opportunities are properly articulated and that cross-functional account stakeholders are effectively engaged.

Main Responsibilities
Coach, develop, lead, and drive performance of an accomplished team of Strategic Account Managers. This includes supporting account mapping, stakeholder engagement, as well as providing coaching, direction, and feedback with the goal of enhancing the Tzield experience and delivering business results for the organization
Build and sustain an empowering, inspirational, and agile culture, leading to high levels of engagement and retention of top talent
Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of regional high priority targets and local ecosystems, including strategic goals, value drivers, key access stakeholders, relevant business metrics, and unique challenges/emerging needs
Support the co-development of maps for each account’s T1D care landscape, including evaluation and treatment logistics
Collaborate with Sanofi leadership teams to create strategic account plans to ensure comprehensive account support and help establish the account as an effective site of care
Oversee SAMs across the region, including execution of KPIs
Support establishment of positive working relationships with all key account segments (internal and external)
Communicate and collaborate with other Regional Account Leads, Regional CPE Leads, RBDs, Medical, PSS, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Marketing, and all other departments necessary to facilitate achievement of business objectives
Maintain strict adherence to all legal, compliance, regulatory, ethical, administrative, and financial duties
Achieving and exceeding assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives
About You
Qualifications
BA/BS Degree required, preferably in life science or business. Advanced degree preferred
Minimum 8+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with proven track record of C- and D-suite engagement
5-7+ years pharmaceutical/biotech field sales experience, preferably in specialty sales, with extensive account management experience
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time to customers, trainings, and meetings
Valid driver's license

The salary range for this position is:
$201,000.00 - $290,333.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
