Regional Quality Manager
The Regional Quality Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence across project sites in the assigned region. This role will focus on performance analysis, quality management, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement, particularly within the renewable energy construction sector.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Site Operational Analysis Lead analyses of operational processes at project sites to identify areas for optimization. Collaborate with site teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies. Oversee implementation of improvement initiatives to enhance resource utilization and project outcomes. Performance Measurement & Reporting Develop and maintain KPIs and performance dashboards. Analyze project performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders. Continuous Improvement Facilitation Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies. Facilitate on-site team engagement in identifying and implementing improvements. Organize workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Quality Management & Assurance Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements at all sites. Design and implement project-specific quality control processes. Conduct audits, support corrective actions, and lead quality enhancement initiatives. Training & Development Assess training needs and develop tailored programs for on-site teams. Provide coaching on process optimization and best practices. Promote knowledge sharing and skill development. Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with stakeholders to implement change initiatives smoothly. Communicate effectively to ensure buy-in and manage transitions. Understand project goals and challenges to identify improvement opportunities. Research & Technology Integration Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies. Evaluate and recommend tools to improve operational efficiency and data analysis. Support the integration of new technologies into site operations.
