Purpose of the position
The Regional Service Network Manager's task is to motivate/animate the network and develop activities with it, in order to increase the quality of services and sales. In addition to the support, advisory and analytical activities for service partners management, his activities consist of supporting the network in the development and optimization of the nationwide structure of Hiab Poland service points, through interdepartmental cooperation with all company departments
Main tasks and responsibilities
HIAB network development (service and installations):
- Detecting opportunities to open new partners, both through direct approach and through the use of the network.
- Supporting future partners from first contact to their integration into the network (onboarding)
- Participating in and leading network meetings.
Analysis and reporting:
- Participating in audits before the integration of new partners into the network, acting as an advisor.
- Updating the “contact cards” of the partners.
- Ensuring regular reporting and compliance with the company’s processes and policies.
- Participating in marketing events (fairs, etc.) depending on the company’s needs and promoting the quality of services.
Commercial dynamics:
- Visit service partners to analyze their financial performance in terms of analysis of the existing fleet, turnover potential, growth in spare parts sales, market share of spare parts and accessories, etc.
- Study their maintenance performance and define with them actions to increase the share of maintenance coverage in the commercial areas.
- Strengthen and maintain the service activity by monitoring the network performance in terms of service contract penetration.
- Define the bonus model of the Service Offer (spare parts, accessories, quality and financial criteria, etc.) and animate it annually to achieve the objectives defined with service partners.
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Commerce or Technical Studies, Marketing, Economics or a related. Knowledge of after-sales processes. Understanding of the service network market and the links between the service network and headquarters. Business English Driving licence B You will be part of
