Minimum requirements:
Valid SA driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (stable/roadworthy). Strong data literacy: confident with Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivots), basic CRM usage, and data-driven decision making. Sales experience: ~2–7 years field or account sales (FMCG, consumer goods, office/school stationery or similar). High-potential candidates with less experience but strong aptitude will be considered. Proven self-management: territory planning, time management, and follow-through Experience with major retailers/wholesalers and field sales tools (e.g., Skynamo).
