Salary: £87,940 plus a 15% bonus

Your Duties:
Manage a team of approximately 10 Sales Operations Employees throughout Europe including Switzerland, the UK, Germany, and the NetherlandsMust also have significant experience driving projects through to completion involving multiple departments and stakeholders including operations, sales, finance, IT and morePrepare and present customer executive presentations, summary reports, spreadsheets, charts and analysis of data from multiple sources for internal and external useBuild management reporting package covering inventory level, order management and delivery analyticsDrive monthly forecasting for discrete and consignment orders, revenue and consignment inventory developmentDirectly responsible for executing the ins and outs of the company inventories including onsite consignment for the customers as well as inventory of standard products for quick saleMaintain, and execute the soft and physical inventory process to ensure accuracy and work to resolve any discrepancies if requiredManage inventories to ensure accurate inventory levels and associated KPI’s while maintaining continuity of supply for the customersLead a team of customer service representatives and ensure accurate order managementImpress upon the organisation and direct team the importance of creating a positive customer experienceMain escalation point for major delivery and order management topics and work together with counterparts at the global facilities to resolve issues quickly and pragmaticallyPrioritise manufacturing, purchasing and the business units to coordinate capacity planning and availability of needed materials, components, equipment, and resources to align with the customer’s demandLead operations and logistics related projects domestically and internationally by working with the various stakeholder groups in the company Your Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field requiredProgressive experience in operations, order and inventory management including experience managing teams and mentoring direct reports.Experience in sales and distribution business requiring strong inventory management focus and controlsExperience in business process engineering and continuous improvement initiativesMust be willing to take hands on approach to problem solvingMust have an innate desire to business process improvements and drive projects to resolution across all areas of the businessAbility to work in a matrix organisationStrong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skillsStrong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to develop complex reports and metricsAbility to travel both domestically and internationally, as requiredExcellent language skills, particularly in English and GermanPlease note that you must have a valid UK driving license and happy to travel (20% of the role is travelling)
