Why join us?

Muuto is rooted in the Scandinavian design tradition characterized by enduring aesthetics, functionality, craftsmanship and an honest expression. By expanding this heritage with forward-looking materials, techniques and bold creative thinking, our ambition is to deliver new perspectives on Scandinavian design.

Regional Sales Manager Poland

In the role of Sales Manager at Muuto, you will be an ambassador for our brand – a leading Danish design manufacturer, globally recognized for its modern and thoughtful approach to furniture. You will contribute to a company that prioritizes design excellence and is highly regarded within the global furniture industry. We are looking for someone with an established presence in the Polish A&D (Architecture & Design) community, possessing a strong network and solid knowledge of the design furniture market. You will report directly to our Head of Sales and collaborate closely with our teams both locally and at our headquarters in Copenhagen.

Your responsibilities

Actively driving sales growth by developing existing accounts and acquiring new clients in the market to achieve ambitious regional targets.

Proactively building and nurturing relationships with key architects, designers (A&D), dealers, and contract partners in Warsaw and strategic regions of Poland: Eastern Poland, Southern Poland (Krakow, Silesia), and Northern Poland (Tri-City).

Comprehensively managing the entire sales process — from initial contact, through effective negotiations, to successful deal closure.

Close collaboration with internal teams and sales colleagues to support overall business development.

Providing professional product and sales training for personnel and partners as needed.

Organizing and actively supporting industry events, presentations, and client meetings in major Polish cities within your assigned regions.

Your profile

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales or Key Account Manager, preferably within the Polish contract furniture sector or the premium design industry.

Extensive experience working with the A&D sector and a well-established, professional network in Poland.

An independent, self-motivated, and strongly results-oriented approach.

Confident and professional in communication, with an ease for building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals, supported by excellent time management.

Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Willingness to travel frequently within Poland and occasionally to international destinations.

What we offer?

An inspiring role in a dynamically growing, international company, offering real opportunities for personal development.

A fantastic work environment characterized by an entrepreneurial spirit, openness, passion, and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

A pivotal role in introducing new perspectives on Scandinavian design to the Polish market.

Start: As soon as possible.
