Regional Sales Manager (OH, KS, MO & IN)
As a Regional Sales Manager you will work closely with Territory Managers within your region, who are responsible for the direct sale of RespirTech’s airway clearance therapy with the Philips InCourage system. InCourage vest therapy is designed for simple, safe, and effective airway secretion clearance for patients with a wide range of chronic respiratory conditions including cystic fibrosis, certain neuromotor/neuromuscular disorders, COPD, and bronchiectasis. **Your role:** + Fostering growth within your region of 8-10 Territory Managers, while maintaining positive relationships within existing accounts. + Analyzing and utilizing data to coach and develop Territory Managers so they can effectively coordinate and implement a sales plan for the assigned territory. This includes targeting, routing, and messaging. + Completing the training program to become proficient in all aspects of the RespirTech InCourage airway clearance therapy, services provided by the organization and the clinical profile of the patients we serve. + Travel is expected up to 70% to visit customers with your Territory Managers, providing them with coaching and feedback. **You're the right fit if:** + You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have acquired 3+ years’ successful direct field sales leadership experience. + Your skills include: + Proficiency in analyzing sales data to implement a strategic selling plan. + Experience selling to pulmonologists and outside sales knowledge within the assigned territory (preferred). + Previous Durable/Home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales experience is a plus. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $213,100 to $243,200 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
