Specific Tasks and Responsibilities
Business Planning and Execution:
Plan and execute monthly and quarterly sales targets.Build and maintain a customer network, including farmers, retailers, and distributors.Conduct account management and business planning.Understand market insights to drive business.Collaborate with Territory leaders on field activity plans.Set and track objectives for the field force.Provide reliable sales forecasts.Assist with customer credit management and follow up on payments.Resolve execution issues with internal and external parties.Budget Management:
Plan and manage budgets, ensuring spending is purposeful and within limits.Ensure accurate and timely payment requests and reimbursements.Organization:
Train and coach the field force.Support and motivate the field force, fostering a culture of ownership.Facilitate collaboration among team members.Maintain high ethical standards.Recruit and structure the field sales organization.Qualifications:
