We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Cyber Security Product Team in Copenhagen.

Our CSP Data Protection portfolio is world leading in enterprise, Banking, and Public Sector security from core data protection to secure access at the edge of the network. We protect more data, transactions, and identities than any other company, supporting 3,000 financial institutions and secure more than 80% of the world’s intra-bank fund transfers, and protect the world’s leading software applications.

The role

Reporting to Director of Sales, Nordics, you will be mentored, onboarded to existing customer portfolio and trained for relevant products and solutions. Support organisation is in place to contribute to your success.

As Regional Sales Manager you will own and drive the relationship interface towards our customers, specifically within Enterprise End User Verticals and Pubilic Sector, targeting the Danish Market. This will include the development of key business relationships and managing every stage of the sales process with the end customer within the assigned vertical.

In this role you will have the opportunity to be part of a successful team and work in an international environment, in close collaboration with the distribution team to drive and build the Thales revenue.

Investigate, generate, cultivate and manage high-value sales opportunities.Develop and leverage a high-profile presence within pre-defined targeted corporate accounts.Establish strong, long-term strategic relationships with key customers and partners in the Enterprise market space.Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy.Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.

In charge of CSP Business and Sales in particular Denmark (and any other given countries) incl. but not limited to success factors, we expect ideal candidate to:

Meet or exceed targets set within each key account.Regular reporting and forecasting.Plan and execute on marketing and customer events.Fully secure the high-quality level of our business.Cooperate with other business units within Thales when applicable.

Personality, Skills and Experience:

As an experienced sales professional you will be accomplished with making connections and building relationships with many different stakeholders within your end-user prospects and customers, therefore outstanding networking skills is of great importance to this position. This role is a field-based role, which will require you to be out of office visiting customers and prospects at least 2-3 days per week. Days of travel must be expected.

Also, and essential for succeeding the person holding the position must be self-motivated, have a winning mentality as well as good knowledge in different communication styles and tools.

Mandatory

You the candidate have a proven track record with selling security software /solutions to the Enterprise and Public sector.

You will have 5+ years’ experience and good, solid references

You will have knowledge of underlying security technologies and be

proficient in software and hardware IT at a high level

You will have experience in working in international matrix organizations. Have Strong verbal and written communication skills

You will be educated with a Degree within Business and/or IT related qualification

You will have fluency in Danish and English. French and/or additional North European languages is a plus.
