The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving commercial activities, preparing long and short-term business plans, and managing local distributors and channel partners (CPs) in promoting the HemoCue product portfolio for the Central Europe region including DACH, Benelux, Czechia, Slovakia and Poland.

This position reports to the Senior Regional Sales Manager, Europe, and will be working remotely from Germany or Austria.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Expand the business through our distributors and channel partners, particularly within the Point of Care/Primary Care segment.

Collaborate with HemoCue Corporate to build effective campaigns obtaining market access for new additions to the HemoCue product lines.

Manage and drive opportunity funnel to achieve desired unit targets.

Drive customer meetings (co-visits) to offer expertise to drive the commercial process.

Represent HemoCue at congresses and exhibitions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years related healthcare sales experience.

Proven ability to understand and analyze the market/competitive environment to develop strategies that capitalize on growth opportunities.

Experience successfully identifying and onboarding channel partners in addition to effectively managing existing channel partners.

Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written is mandatory.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Ability to travel up to 30% of time, both domestic and international.

Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Previous medical device/diagnostic sales experience.

Fluency in additional European languages.

Formal medical/science training at the university level.
