Regional Sales Manager Aftersales
Job Description

Lead a regional team responsible for reducing Warranty Excess Expense through developing and/or utilizing defined processes and tools.

* Develop and maintain strategies to improve sales KPIs
• Analyze and report out regional sales metrics
• Leader of Retention low performers strategy in CCA
• Leader of GM counters strategy
• Strategic communication with Dealers Owners & AMDGM (Transformation Committee)
• Team leader focus to developing personal career plans
• Identify business opportunities for Dealers
• Provide support and guidance to establish action plans to improve CSI Services metrics
• Implement process improvements for Dealer’s operation


-  Collaborate with dealership and other business partners to attain business goals. Identify potential risks and take necessary corrective actions. Understand GM's goals and strategies relating to overall business, brands and service.

-  Achieve budget goals. Stay current on company-wide and industry standard methodologies/trends relevant to position.

-   Builds a diverse and effective team by selecting the best talent, handling performance and providing mentorship / coaching.

-  Work to improve Workplace of Choice environment.

-   Manage the culture within their organization, holds themselves and others accountable for demonstrating GMs values and cultural behaviors.

-  Performs other related duties as assigned.



Additional Job Description

Responsible to develop and execute national and regional strategies to improve customer satisfaction index, customer retention and purchase of spare parts. 
•  Creation and execution of national promotion to increase repair orders, CSI and purchase of spare parts.
•  eCommerce for CCA strategy and implementation.
•  Restructuring of wholesale dealers network. Define structural criteria for marketing, sales, tools and processes.

•  Design and development commercial policy for gm brands

Required Qualifications:

 - Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Industrial Engineer,  Finance, Other bachelors and engineering related

-Required experience in similar position: from 3 to 5 years.

-English Level: Advanced.

- Key Skills: Experience working with dealer network, finance, marketing, product development.  High negotiation skills, Data Analytics, Drive for results.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Master Business Administration desirable

-Microsoft Office.

- Power BI.- Data Analytics

-SAP

Hybrid position: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis

This position requires the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis. A company Vehicle will be provided for this role with successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report review.
