As our Regional Sales Manager III located in McKinney or Stafford, TX or within the assigned territory, you will be responsible for driving sales in your respective region, working with Distributors, Reps, and OEM accounts.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Sales and Promotional Strategies: Collaborate with channel partners to develop and implement strategies that align with Business Units' strategic plans.
Feedback and Resource Alignment: Provide feedback on territory needs and pull in Business Unit resources as necessary.
Pricing and Sales Tools: Develop and approve pricing strategies, build sales tools, and provide training for customers and sales teams.
Customer Relationship Management: Assist in target account development, establish channel partners as trusted advisors, and make joint customer sales calls.
Forecasting and Issue Customer concern: Submit monthly forecasts and support Sales Channel by addressing issues impacting Business Unit Sales, including order delays and product quality concerns.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering related field preferred.
5+ years in direct and/or distributor sales of technical industrial products required.
8+ years' experience in valve/actuator or regulator products.
Experience with developing strategy, business development and market analysis preferred.
Solid interpersonal skills; ability to get things done while working with cross functional teams and at different levels of the organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel throughout North America 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical discipline
Independent competence to make pricing decisions with levels of established delegation of authority.
Determined / self-starter, and able to take new ideas from conception to implementation.
Experience in the Natural Gas or Process Industries.
Prior experience working at Emerson.
