Activities include: • Planning and strategizing to retain and expand current customer relationships • Ensuring high-quality customer service and issue resolution in order to retain current clients • Client engagement activities, including identifying client business requirements and preparing proposals and quotations • Industry-specific relationship management activities, including broking, financial planning, asset management, advertising account management, etc.

Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the assigned territory by effectively selling the company’s products and related services. Personally contacts and secures new business. Participating on trade exhibitions and events for our company and the customers. Advises on forthcoming product developments and discusses special promotions.
