PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
College or bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical engineering is preferred.Minim 10 years of sales experience in industrial manufacturing industry.Understanding of internal and external environment that will have impact on company sales target and good ability to anticipate technological and market trend.Deep understanding of assigned sales division, such as customer business model, customer characteristics, industry cycle and etc.Strong sales team management experience and teamwork spirit with the ability to encourage sales team to finish aggressive sales targets.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Good at project management, good organization, and coordination ability.Good written and oral English skills is preferred.Proficient with MS office tools.Initiative, willing to learn new knowledge, attentive to details, and team spirit.About Regal RexnordRegal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
