What You’ll Do

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that drive regional revenue growth and support key OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) accounts. You’ll work closely with internal teams: engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience while identifying new business opportunities. In this role, you will:

Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goalsIdentify, pursue, and secure new business opportunitiesManage and grow key OEM accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and alignment with strategic goalsCollaborate cross-functionally to meet customer needs accurately and on timeMonitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunitiesProvide regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and business reports to senior leadershipRepresent Coilmaster at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical fieldMinimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectorsProven HVAC product sales experience; HVAC application programming is a plusStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skillsProficiency in CRM systems for tracking and reportingWillingness and ability to travel extensively within your assigned region

Preferred:

Experience within the HVAC or related industrial sectorsFamiliarity with ERP systems and sales forecasting tools
