Regional Sales Heads (RSM) as middle level who directly report to Account Head on daily BAU tasks and execution assignments to manage SM and IO/IS/PIS team and bankers/ branches more effectively. They take care for assigned sales force and branches/channels' performance and drive Banca productivity of their lines, strictly following code of conduct and quality focus.
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree majoring in marketing, Finance and Banking.Minimum 5 years sales management experience in insurance or banking businesses.Have a good bancassurance background is preferable.Strong leadership, influencing and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:
