Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management (Business, Marketing, and Commerce).Experience in the automotive industry is a priority.Systemic thinking and strategy thinking.Sufficient understanding of marketing and branding.Fluent in telephone techniques and negotiations.Capable and interested in teamwork.

Duties:

Target annual sales and obtain approval from the board of directors.Set the annual sales of delegates and hold a meeting to communicate with them.Contract with agents to sell products.Apply marketing techniques.Guide the sales team to identify and attract new customers.Guide the sales team to maintain and strengthen cooperation with current customers.Manage and update the sales team.Create new operating systems to sell.Launch pricing strategies.Plan and develop sales strategies for B2B and B2C areas.Report from the sales process to the CEO.Create new operating systems to sell.Participate in the pricing process.Hold continuous sales sessions.
