Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets of $400M - $500M within the assigned region Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and performance Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive product enhancements and promotional initiatives and insight into future market needs Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support customer and business strategies and initiatives Analyze regular reports and forecasts on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement to support customer initiatives and operation planning objectives Negotiate customer agreements and contract management, including  NDA and corresponding legal arrangements Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
 

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of sales fine printing papers and/or paperboard experience  5-10 years’ experience in a leadership or supervisory role Travel required approximately 50% to 60% of time, including outside working hours and overnight Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
