Regional Sales Manager

Position Title: Regional Sales Manager

Reports to: National Sales Manager

Location: Sahiwal, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivering on topline goals (Vol & Rev) with Sales strategy formulization & execution:

Season wise Crop Wise Volume deliveryNew product (RC1-RC3) volume deliveryPlan by setting goals, develop and implement tactics, evaluate/adjust activities as necessary to assure goal achievement with all assigned employees.Monitor effectiveness of dealer Network on annual basis and implement appropriate corrective measures.Share Annual/monthly volume & revenue forecastingEnsure Price Execution & ensure timely collection of receivablesSales strategy formulization & executionCollaborate with marketing team to implement Crop strategy.Collaborate with Commercial effectiveness to design & execute GTMExecution of different farmer & trade level sales promotion programs & other related initiativesCollaborate with Agronomy to develop product testing, sampling & Ag development planDynamic Cost Management - Market Promotions, Travel & People SpendShare & ensure delivery of RSP & Collection planPeople Leadership, Talent identification, developmentRespond to customer inquiries and monitor problem resolution to ensure timely customer service.Ensure effective utilization of Sales Effectiveness tools for territory, activity, retail planningHelp in finalizing growth projects for new/existing markets/segments/geography for fueling future growthBuild/maintain strong relationships with customers, key industry/market influencers, PHI partners and teammates.Operational efficiency optimization & drives productivity initiatives (Distribution, SR, outflow, collection)Adherence to defined company values & policies

Qualifications - Internal

Education  : Bachelor or Master Degree in Agriculture

Experience : 8+ year’s experience in seed/ agri-input industry

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES

Good knowledge in crop management techniquesGood communication -oral and written- in both English and local language.High stamina to perform regular toursStrong persuasive & group as well as individual customer focused selling skills.Excellent interpersonal skillsObjection management skill & problem solving abilityCapability to achieve sales targets, by still retaining control on the market.Strong commercial acumen, understanding of the margin structure, conceptualizing schemes and articulating the advantages of our margins and schemes to the Dealers and Distributors.
