Regional Sales Manager – Restaurants Tech Solutions (People Leader)
Remote – North Carolina, USA | Full-Time | NCR Voyix
NCR Voyix is redefining how restaurants operate—digitally, efficiently, and profitably. We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead both sales strategy and a high-performing team across the restaurants sector in North Carolina.

What You’ll Do
+ Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed regional revenue goals.
+ Own and execute a regional sales strategy focused on new business acquisition and market expansion.
+ Guide full-cycle sales efforts: prospecting, solution demos, proposals, and contract negotiation.
+ Build strong relationships with restaurant operators—from GMs to C-suite.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and implementation teams.
+ Represent NCR Voyix at industry events and trade shows.
What You Bring
+ 5–8+ years of B2B sales experience, including people management in a quota-carrying environment.
+ "Hunter type" of personality
+ Proven success in leading teams and managing complex sales cycles.
+ Experience in payments processing, SaaS, or enterprise software sales.
+ Strong understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality tech trends.
+ Executive presence, negotiation skills, and CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred).
+ Willingness to travel up to 70% within the region.
Bonus Points For
+ Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus).
+ Familiarity with solution-based selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC).
