Regional Sales Leader - South West

Responsibilities -Drive sales volume, optimize product mix, and manage pricing by staying informed of supply and demand, market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities. -Identify and secure new accounts for products and services, while maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers to drive sales growth. -Ensure high performance within the sales team by recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training employees. Provide leadership through counseling, discipline, planning, monitoring, and performance appraisals to achieve team excellence. -Strategically address and resolve customer issues by understanding their needs and feedback (VOC), aiming for win-win solutions that benefit both the customer and the company. Work closely with management and factory teams for continuous improvements based on customer input. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably within the industrial or safety sectors. Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing sales teams across multiple regions. Strong background in key account management, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in managing a sales team, preferably with experience overseeing regional managers. Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a geographically diverse team to achieve set sales goals and objectives. Strong change management skills, with experience in restructuring or transforming teams to drive performance improvements. Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies, setting sales objectives, and forecasting sales volume and profit. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, OPEX) to ensure alignment and drive overall business objectives. Experience in executing Go-to-Market strategies, working closely with distribution and channel partners. Ability to analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to adapt and refine sales strategies.
