Roles and Responsibilities

As a member of China commercial leadership team, monitoring of market trends and customers to develop, own and execute the growth strategy, collaborating with across functions. Better position the team and resources to seek the
market opportunities and achieve the growth target.
Provide total customer satisfaction. Cultivating, leveraging and maintaining good business relationships with all customers.
Build a team with high accountability and ownership performance culture, as a model of GE HealthCare operating principles. Ensuring the team to be compliance with company rules and regulations.
Assess the overall competency and consistency level of the business team in the assigned region. Provide coaching and feedback to ensure ongoing capability development of the team and supporting Zone Sales Managers and all
team leaders in developing their team.
Attracting and retaining key talent and creating an environment that fosters employee engagement, diversity, professional development.
Deploying resources to meet financial/operating objectives including sales revenue, contribution margin, and cost control.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 10 years of commercial sales experiences, and 3+ years people leader role.
Strong business acumen, financial and organization skills, demonstrated success in cross functional leadership with ability to execute across matrix.
Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development and execution, with in-depth knowledge of pharma industry.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to energize develop and build rapport, collaborations, and influence at all levels within organization. Act as inspiration leader with sales coaching and team building skills.
Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages.
Willingness and ability to travel within a specified geographic region.
