Job DescriptionManage the infrastructure and Development of the Sales team. Work closely with DM, DSM & RVP to strategically recruit DSM, DSE, GSE and Sales Operations positions.Engage and where necessary drive onboarding plans for new hires.Promote development and training of our sales teams.Follow up and institutionalization of learnings delivered.Coach the next generation.Execution of the Sales Program and alignment to TBPsEnsure the right size opportunities and the right customers enter the pipeline.Engage with vertical teams, product, and service to support positioning.Drive collaboration and team selling process at branch level.Promote solutions-based sales with quantifiable benefits.Engage and create sales plan to support regional and branch initiatives.Travel to develop region’s strategic opportunities and promote/host visitors to the region.Drive inter-regional initiatives.Participate in Service Leadership and Geographic meetings when appropriate.Drive company metrics and KPIs.Grow Sales Revenue Contribution.Sponsorship within the sales process to secure strategic accounts at regional level.Enable and drive strategic targets at branch level.Engage with the GSEs to support RVP in the deployment of the Named Account Strategy.Enable and support bid management process.Own strategic targeted account list.Working location: HKG or TYO
