You will work with functional leadership to develop capabilities and support the efficiency and effectiveness of employees in a function and to conduct assessment interventions to identify gaps and build and implement training programs.

How you will contribute

Create and manage content for existing programs and develop new content for new capabilitiesManage the relationship with external partnersImplement and deliver a learning agenda to ensure compliance to the training strategyCreate and deliver functional communications and engagement activitiesSupport human resources in succession planningManage the reward and recognition programManage the coaching programManage the team database and keep it updatedTrack turnover
