Position Summary
The Regional Recruiter plays a key role in supporting the attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and retention of highly talented and diverse employees across the BBNA region. This position partners closely with HR and hiring managers to deliver full-cycle recruiting in a timely, cost-effective, and innovative manner, ensuring alignment with both current and future workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting – 50%

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned region, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and post-hire assessment.

Leverage the company’s applicant tracking system to ensure a seamless and compliant hiring process.

Recruitment Strategy & Employer Branding – 25%

Design and execute creative recruitment strategies to meet business needs and talent acquisition goals.

Utilize traditional and nontraditional methods such as career fairs, virtual job fairs, community partnerships, and networking events to attract top talent.

Upskill and support the HR and hiring teams on recruitment best practices.

Market Intelligence & Innovation – 10%

Stay informed on labor market trends, recruitment innovations, onboarding practices, and retention techniques.

Continuously identify opportunities to enhance recruiting effectiveness through new tools, channels, and methodologies.

Sourcing & Talent Pipelines – 10%

Build and maintain robust talent pipelines, networks, and sourcing models to support future workforce needs.

Partner with hiring managers to align candidate profiles with role requirements.

Reporting & Metrics – 5%

Provide weekly updates and employment activity reports to business leaders and HR partners.

Track progress against hiring goals to ensure the needs of the business are consistently met.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma

3+ years of relevant recruiting experience.

Demonstrated success in delivering innovative and effective talent acquisition outcomes.

Strong knowledge of labor market trends and sourcing strategies.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and related recruitment technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline

Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment.

Project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives and manage competing priorities.
