Responsibilities As a Regional Recruiter, you will be a subject matter expert and play a pivotal role in ensuring every candidate has an experience that’s the Best in Pests. We are seeking a motivated, early-career recruiter with 12–18 months of full-cycle recruiting experience to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in talent acquisition. Hiring Manager & Stakeholder Support Partner with hiring managers to review and optimize job requisitions and postings, ensuring alignment with Orkin’s brand, tone, and talent attraction strategy. Own the day-to-day management and utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS) to maintain consistent and effective candidate pipelines. Provide guidance and support to operations and support teams by conducting candidate screening and interviews (phone and virtual), ensuring alignment with role requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting processes, policies, and programs to provide effective support and counsel to managers and internal teams. Full-Cycle Recruiting Execution Lead strategic sourcing initiatives using a variety of channels including social media campaigns, job boards, college and university outreach, professional networks, diversity & veteran-focused programs, and internal employee referrals. Manage a high volume of open requisitions while maintaining candidate quality and timely communication. Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure qualifications and cultural fit. Collaborate on the development and deployment of recruitment marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and drive candidate engagement. Track and report on source effectiveness, hiring funnel metrics, and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. What type of benefits will you receive? Qualifications What do you need to be successful? At least 1 year of high volume full cycle recruiting High School Diploma or equivalent required Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required Ability to travel on occasion in support of hiring events or division meetings Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications Work effectively in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and follow through Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Experience with employment laws and practices Orkin is an Equal Opportunity/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities Employer
