Your job, as Regional Quality Documentation Manager within our team will be responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines._ **Main responsibilities:** + _Lead regional documentation team, surrounding documentation specialist & support_ + _Close exchange with other team leads (also on global level) and regional document manager_ + _Direct, motivate, coach, and develop team, conduct evaluation interviews._ + _Initiate and implement process and procedure improvement proposals._ + _Track regulatory changes._ + _Contribute to team effectiveness, identify risks, formulate improvements._ + _Manage work processes efficiently, respect laws_ + _Verify compliance of documentation process with internal standards & guidelines_ + _Interface to internal teams, corporate bodies_ + _Maintain a professional network and ensure a collaborative relationship with stakeholders_ _About you_ **· Experience:** >8 yrs professional experience in documentation, in GxP environment **´** **· Soft skills:** Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams flexibly and proactively. Strong analytical skills.
