Our mission is to deliver and support Global M&S teams in partnership with Business and Digital, and drive priority and transformative initiatives across the organization. **Your job?** You will be responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines. **Main responsibilities:** + Develop and communicate clear objectives and goals, manage the team, assign and follow-up on activities, align team activities with the overall strategic direction of the regional hub + Oversee the preparation and issuance of documentation, including protocols and reports and ensure timely and accurate completion of all report issuance tasks + Monitor workflow and adjust resources as necessary to maintain efficiency and productivity + Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, identify skills gaps and provide targeted training and development opportunities + Facilitate effective communication between the team and the regional qualification team manager + Report on team performance, challenges, and achievements to the regional qualification team manager + Ensure all report issuance activities comply with established internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements + Stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust team processes accordingly + Collaborate with internal customers (sites) to understand their needs and expectations + Develop and implement processes to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction + Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by internal customers promptly **_About you_** **Experience:** >3 years professional experience in qualification + HA inspections and proven leadership track record **Soft skills:** Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills.
