This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office, with additional consideration to the offices of Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo.

What the day will look like
Your impact as a Regional Protective Specialist:
+ Advising senior leaders on protective strategies balancing strategic and tactical demands.
+ Collaborating across Aon expertise, resources and solutions across various practices and geographies and building an internal network.
+ Review performance metrics for security vendors, executive protection teams, and associated physical security teams.
+ Work on site-specific risk assessments, travel security plans, or crisis management frameworks.
+ Meeting with regional business unit leaders to discuss upcoming travel, security concerns, client engagements
As a Regional Protective Specialist, you will join a global team of security professionals responsible for a broad range of people safety initiatives with specific focus on ensuring the safety, security, and privacy of designated senior corporate executives, and high-risk personnel. The role requires advanced planning, operational execution, and coordination of protective strategies in alignment with corporate risk tolerance, executive preferences, and business priorities. The ideal candidate brings a balance of discretion, professionalism, situational awareness, and service-oriented protection experience.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Manage day-to-day operational activities within span of control, to include protective advances, emergency response, and crisis management across multiple locations.
+ Able to establish effective cross-collaboration with internal intelligence and investigations teams, global security operations center, in-network security vendors, and local law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threats.
+ Conduct protective intelligence assessments, advance planning, and ongoing OSINT reviews to identify vulnerabilities and develop proactive measures to mitigate potential threats.
