Regional Program Specialist - Customer Experience
**About the Role** We’re looking for a Program Specialist to join our APAC Grocery & Retail Community Operations team, focusing on the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) markets. In this role, you’ll help improve the way we support our customers, delivery partners, and merchants by driving operational improvements, solving problems, and making sure the right processes are in place. You’ll act as a key point of contact for ANZ within the regional team, while also contributing to cross-market projects and regional initiatives. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with different stakeholders, and turning data into clear actions, this role is for you. **Your Impact In Role** Market Support (ANZ): 1. Serve as a point of contact for ANZ, supporting alignment between local teams and the regional operations team. 2. Work closely with customer support teams to identify issues and improve the experience for customers and delivery partners. 3. Monitor trends and highlight potential risks or opportunities. Project Execution & Collaboration: 1. Help deliver regional projects that improve operations, such as automation, process changes, or new product rollouts. 2. Coordinate with different teams across the business to ensure ANZ priorities are represented. 3. Keep track of project progress and share clear updates with stakeholders. Insights & Problem Solving: 1. Analyse data to uncover the root causes of customer or delivery partner issues. 2. Partner with teams to design and implement solutions that reduce repeat problems and improve efficiency. Process Documentation: 1. Create and maintain clear documentation for processes and policies. 2. Support smooth onboarding of any changes or new features in the ANZ market. Regional Collaboration: 1. Share insights and learnings from ANZ with other markets. 2. Provide support to regional projects when required. **The Experience You'll Bring** 1. 3+ years of experience in operations, program management, or customer experience 2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into meaningful recommendations. 3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 4. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once 5. Experience in tech, e-commerce, or logistics is a plus, but not required **Preferred Qualifications** 1. **Language Skills:** Business-level proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin, enabling effective collaboration with teams across APAC. 2. **Regional Experience:** Previous experience working in multi-market or APAC-level roles, especially in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments. 3. **Advanced Problem Solving:** Demonstrated ability to identify root causes and deliver data-driven solutions that lead to measurable impact.
