Marsh McLennan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Program Manager – Transformation Support. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and will be a hybrid role, combining work from home and the office.
As a Regional Program Manager supporting our transformation initiatives, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating complex, multi-country projects aimed at driving organizational change and delivering strategic business outcomes. This is a matrix position reporting directly to the Global Transformation Office Leader, with a dotted line to local senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment across regions and functions.

We will count on you to:
Lead and coordinate a large scale transformation program for Europe, ensuring alignment with global strategies and objectivesDevelop and execute comprehensive program management plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategiesEngage with stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in, facilitate effective communication, and support change management activitiesMonitor progress of individual projects within the portfolio, proactively identify potential issues, and escalate concerns as needed to ensure successful deliveryCollaborate with cross-functional teams from different countries in Europe to achieve transformation goals and provide regular updates to senior leadership and global teamsWhat you need to have:
7+ years of experience in program or project management within a multinational or matrix organizationProven success in managing large-scale transformation or change initiativesExperience with various transformation disciplines including portfolio management, change management, and process managementExcellent command of English, both written and spokenProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively across diverse teams and cultural environmentsAbility to identify and address change resistance with a diverse group of sponsors to ensure program successWhat makes you stand out:
