**Job Description Summary**
BD Peripheral Intervention is excited to introduce a newly created opportunity for a Regional Product Specialist – Peripheral Arterial Disease based in Queensland. This role is instrumental in supporting Interventional Radiologists and Vascular Surgeons by driving the adoption and awareness of BD’s innovative Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) technologies across the state. Additionally, the position holds responsibility for the End-Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) and Venous product portfolio on the Gold Coast and Lismore.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in educating healthcare professionals and fostering a patient-centered approach to treatment using BD’s cutting-edge solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Clinical Development & Market Expansion** - Identify growth opportunities and provide clinical expertise to support BD’s emerging PAD technologies across Queensland.
+ **Education & Awareness** - Develop comprehensive awareness of BD’s ESKD and PVD portfolios, ensuring clinician education in alignment with IFU.
+ **Strategic Engagement** : Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance product adoption and integration within the healthcare ecosystem.
+ **Stock Management** : Oversee consignment and boot stock compliance, ensuring inventory accuracy, expiry management and performance tracking.
**Who we're looking for:**
+ Proven medical device successful sales experience, preferably in interventional specialties (Advantageous)
+ Strong clinical education and development skills to effectively engage healthcare professionals.
+ Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM for strategic sales tracking and opportunity management.
+ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers and accelerate product adoption.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on sales and market data.
+ Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
