**Regional Product & Medical Affairs Lead - APAC**
This role exists to provide clinical, technical, and strategic product support across the Asia-Pacific region, acting as the primary conduit between local markets and US/EU central teams. The role is critical to ensuring the effective communication and execution of product knowledge, training, and commercial strategy across a diverse set of veterinary markets. It enables a seamless connection between regional customer needs and global product direction. This role will involve up to 40% travel across our APAC sites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Act as the clinical and technical subject matter expert for the full diagnostics portfolio, including IHD, Imaging and reference lab offerings.
+ Provide veterinary education and technical support for internal teams and external customers across Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other distributor-supported markets.
+ Serve as the key point of contact between APAC markets and US/EU central Product, Medical, and R&D teams.
+ Collaborate with local marketing, commercial, customer support, and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and product implementation.
+ Moderate and/or deliver educational content and clinical insights through webinars, conferences, and training sessions.
+ Gather and relay market insights and feedback from APAC to influence product development and lifecycle decisions.
+ Lead or support regional go-to-market activities for new product launches, including localisation of strategies and materials.
+ Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), universities, and veterinary communities to foster product advocacy, feedback, and support clinical education and content.
+ Support commercial partners in positioning, differentiation, and ongoing utilisation of our solutions.
+ Work cross-functionally to ensure coordinated customer engagement, training, and support.
Education and Experience
+ DVM degree or equivalent required.
+ Minimum 5 years in clinical practice and/or veterinary industry roles such as diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or medical affairs.
+ Experience in the Asia-Pacific region is highly desirable.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Deep knowledge of veterinary diagnostics and clinical workflows.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident presenter and educator.
+ Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
+ Highly organised, analytical, and self-directed.
+ Strong project management and strategic thinking capabilities.
+ Commercial acumen with the ability to connect technical details to business outcomes.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with digital training tools and platforms beneficial.
