Purpose of Role: As the Regional Product Manager, you will be a dynamic leader to manage our team of Product Specialists across the region. This role serves as the primary technical expert for the application, sizing, and selection of Ground Engaging Tools (GET) products. As the go-to GET Specialist, you’ll provide hands-on technical support to our inside and outside sales teams, design engineering, and operations—helping drive key business objectives.

You will act as a vital link between Product Engineering, Marketing, and regional sales teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration across functions. In addition, you’ll lead the development and execution of product and marketing initiatives, respond to customer needs, and support the day-to-day operations of the GET product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor the product specialists across the region, ensuring professional development and alignment with business goals across a diverse product portfolio.Oversees equipment selection, costing, quoting, and tender preparation for Ground Engaging Tools (GET), ensuring technical accuracy and customer alignment.Prepares and manages proposals for tenders, and participates in sales negotiations in collaboration with the bid managerWorks with product management to develop, maintain, and improve product documentation, specifications, and marketing materials.Coordinates all warranty activities within the region and participates in root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve product issues.Interfaces with customers, external partners, and internal teams to support GET products, including site visits and international travel as needed.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.



Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering - Mechanical or industry trade experienceExperience with GET technical sales, Capital, LHD and dragline equipment and the mining or aggregate industryMBA in Business (strategy and marketing planning) - highly desirable

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
