We’re looking for a Regional Procurement Specialist, based in Panama City, responsible for managing the procurement process for Projects, Logistics, and Fuel across Latin America.

What you’ll do:

Manage the end-to-end procurement process for engineering projects, logistics and fuelRequest and analyze proposals and quotations, prepare price comparisons, and present options to stakeholdersNegotiate and manage contracts in collaboration with the legal team to ensure compliance and secure optimal commercial termsManage strategic suppliers and develop new ones, aiming to optimize costs and improve qualityCollaborate with internal and global stakeholders to ensure alignment with technical specifications and international contracts

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Senior profile with extensive experience in procurement, including fuel acquisition, logistics services, civil works materials, and/or supplies for engineering companiesAcademic background preferably in Engineering or LogisticsFluent in Spanish and advanced English, with strong verbal communication skills for interacting with global teams. Portuguese is a plusProficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI (data analysis), and ERP systemsWillingness to travel occasionallyValid driver’s license and up-to-date passportAvailability for hybrid work: three on-site days per week at Panama Pacifico
