Job Description

As the Regional Lead of the Process Solution Team I2D in Europe, you will drive process excellence and operational efficiency within your region, with a specific focus on our I2D processes. You will act as a key extension of our global Process Solution Team (PST), leading, developing, and empowering a regional team to ensure the effective implementation and continuous optimization of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Develop Team

Manage and grow the regional Process Solutions team (I2D), including resource planning and performance reporting.Develop regional capabilities, skills, and expertise.

Drive Process Excellence

Support global leadership in defining and deploying process standards.Ensure consistent adoption of end-to-end process standards across the organization.Optimize incident and issue management related to process execution.

Foster Continuous Improvement

Initiate and drive sustainable process improvements.Support and staff projects within the regional and global transformation roadmap.Assess and enhance process maturity through methods such as health checks and process mining.

Manage Stakeholders & Expertise

Act as a key interface to other departments to ensure smooth process integration.Share knowledge and best practices across the internal expert network.Serve as a regional point of contact for international customers on business process excellence topics.

Qualifications

Experience:

Proven leadership experience in process management or IT solutions, ideally within intralogistics or supply chain.Strong expertise in process design, implementation, and optimization, with a deep understanding of I2D processes.Familiarity with process frameworks and analysis tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in English, German is an advantage
