Regional Planning & Export Coordination POM(Contractor)

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities:
Export Coordination for PMG
Coordinate and manage all aspects of export logistics, including scheduling, documentation, and customs compliance.Prepare shipping documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate preparation of export orders, including picking, packing, and labelling of goods.Coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange transportation of goods, negotiate rates, and ensure on-time delivery.Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Work closely with customs brokers to ensure compliance with customs regulations, including the preparation and submission of required documentation.Maintain and update shipping records, tracking systems, and databases to ensure accurate and accessible information.Resolve any shipping-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, by coordinating with relevant parties and implementing corrective actions.Stay updated on international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping trends to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements.Collaborate with internal teams to optimize export logistics processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Regional Planning support for PMG
Collect, aggregate and prioritize finished goods demand requirements.Review demand forecast from APO DP and make clarification with Sales/ local planners/ regional Industries teamAPO SNP to make production rough cut planning on monthly basis in accordance with predefined planning calendar.Align demand with production capacities and inventory levelsProvide short and mid- term master production plan to the supply plantsManage constraint planning due to capacity or raw materials constraintOptimize capacity utilization and supply at Regional levelManage exceptional situations including supply shortage. Plan and work together with PM, Commercial manager and export team on allocation based on priority.
S & OP Process
Manage demand and supply network planning process and related value chain scope according to S &OP process and calendarReview S & OP performance and drive improvement with all stakeholdersLead and chair the monthly Supply Review Meeting for BK OMP and actively contribute in monthly meeting. Prepare minutes meeting, action items and Pre S &OP meeting slides.Oversee demand and supply on the regional level. Monitor and balance the following area according to defined KPIs: sales forecast, inventory target, customer service level, planning quality, schedule adherence, production promises etc
Aging Stock Management
Analyze aged stock for regional management meeting.Leading the aged stock discussion during monthly supply review meeting.
Inventory management including raw material redeployment
Initiate and lead stock optimization actions including aging stock management, redeployment, sell-off, write-off for Asia Pacific plants & warehousesImplement the relocation of raw material based on the agreed process within Asia Pacific plant in case of shortage or excessive to optimize the inventory level and production
Return/Non-Conformance Management (NCM)
As an investigator/ coordinator for logistics complaints and ensure non-conformance investigation closure within timeline.Manage return process and settlement due to NCM.
Logistics Service & Support
Consolidate, review and validate the monthly/ quarterly demand FC to logistics procurement.As a key contact and involvement on annual Tender.
Others
Support process harmonization/standardization across all countries in Asia PacificParticipate and actively involve in monthly Supply review meeting.Support in operational planning process Responsible for new vendor creation, purchasing info record and work with service platform for maintenance etcBackup role for other Regional planner.Any Project /Task assigned.
Job Requirements (Minimum requirement to carry out the work):
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in SC & Logistics managementMin 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain ManagementExperince in SAP (Material Master/MM & SD, P2P etc Module), International tradingHighly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
