Regional Partner Training and Certification Lead, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program management, training and instruction, enablement, or partner ecosystem roles.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience with technical partner training programs.
+ Ability to develop plans, actions, and metrics and execute plans.
+ Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
+ Ability to manage multiple training work streams with the attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with audiences.
In this role, you will focus on providing support and management for Google Cloud partner learning and certification programs in North America and Latin America. You will develop, track, and optimize training programs to support the partner ecosystem. You will be collaborating with partner regional leadership and subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, to define competencies, design training programs, and deliver learning and certification experiences. You will work with partners ensuring programs are aligned with their business and talent needs and drive results.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Partner with leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps within the partner ecosystem and develop strategies to educate and empower partners to implement Google Cloud solutions.
+ Develop enablement strategy through programs, covering analysis, design, development, implementation, and reporting oversight.
+ Perform needs assessments in coordination with partner teams and translate business needs into technical training and certification programs, enhancing and updating existing programs.
+ Own the execution and rollout of training programs, including communications, delivery modality and enablement aspects.
