Empowering People, Powering the Middle East’s Smart Future

At Siemens, we are empowering our people to stay resilient, relevant, and ready for the future—and we want you to be part of that journey. The Middle East is a dynamic and fast-evolving region that offers an exciting platform to learn, grow, and thrive. Here, you’ll find the perfect environment to unlock your potential, shape transformative change, and collaborate with global leaders and diverse teams across borders.

Today we’re looking to hire a Regional P&O (People & Organization) Business Partner to join our UAE-based team, supporting our Smart Infrastructure business across the Middle East. This is your opportunity to take on a truly strategic regional role, influence people’s strategy on a scale, and help drive innovation, sustainability, and growth across one of Siemens’ most impactful business areas.

Your Role – Strategic, Regional, and Impactful!

Act as a trusted Strategic Partner to Siemens leadership across the Middle East, deeply understanding business strategy and actively contributing to decision-making processes. Ensure the effective implementation of global Siemens P&O initiatives and programs tailored for regional relevance within Smart Infrastructure. Coach and enable business leaders to enhance their effectiveness, fostering a culture of high performance and developing a diverse, robust regional talent pipeline. Drive discussions related to regional workforce planning, organizational design changes, and provide data-driven recommendations. Guide the business on appropriate P&O programs, processes, and policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with both global Siemens standards and regional specificities. Collaborate effectively with local P&O teams and country P&O leads across the Middle East to ensure consistent application of P&O strategies and best practices. Act as a regional liaison and escalation point with GBS to ensure the effective delivery of end-to-end P&O operational services (e.g., payroll, onboarding, data management, benefits administration), ensuring a smooth, efficient, and employee-centric service experience. Oversee adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements across all P&O activities. Ensure regular audits, documentation, and risk mitigation processes are in place and effectively managed across countries in the region. Actively contribute to global Siemens P&O projects and communities, sharing regional insights and best practices while ensuring effective regional implementation of global programs. Represent the Middle East region in global forums and collaborate on cross-regional initiatives that advance Siemens' global people agenda. Partner with country SI regional management to review, analyze, and act upon SGES (Siemens Global Engagement Survey) results, driving targeted initiatives that align with Siemens' people priorities.
