560928 Regional Order Fulfillment Manager
Lead regional order management and backorder processes to ensure timely delivery of service parts that keep healthcare equipment running—supporting patients, clinicians, and engineers every day.
Your role:
Join the Regional Service Parts Fulfillment team within the Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS) organization, serving as the point of contact for regional order fulfillment performance.Own the order management and backorder processes for your region, including daily oversight, communication to field service, and escalation management on delays.Lead root cause analysis for order delays and drive improvement initiatives to enhance fulfillment processes and meet customer SLAs.Define and monitor adherence to regional ASAP processes, holding the Accenture ASAP team accountable for KPI delivery (e.g., ETA accuracy, response time).Translate regional requirements into SPS order fulfillment processes, collaborating with the global SPS community to ensure alignment and execution.You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in order management or supply chain operations, ideally in the medical device or healthcare industry.Your skills include ERP systems (such as SAP), advanced Excel, and familiarity with regulated product order fulfillment requirements (traceability, documentation, serialized/lot-controlled inventory). Experience with SMAX and LEAN deployment is a plus.You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. You’re fluent in English, and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus to support communication with stakeholders in multiple regions & You bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to manage time-sensitive, patient-impacting shipments in a regulated environment.How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $84,000 to $134,400
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
