Regional Order Fulfillment Manager
**560928 Regional Order Fulfillment Manager** Lead regional order management and backorder processes to ensure timely delivery of service parts that keep healthcare equipment running—supporting patients, clinicians, and engineers every day. **Your role:** + Join the Regional Service Parts Fulfillment team within the Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS) organization, serving as the point of contact for regional order fulfillment performance. + Own the order management and backorder processes for your region, including daily oversight, communication to field service, and escalation management on delays. + Lead root cause analysis for order delays and drive improvement initiatives to enhance fulfillment processes and meet customer SLAs. + Define and monitor adherence to regional ASAP processes, holding the Accenture ASAP team accountable for KPI delivery (e.g., ETA accuracy, response time). + Translate regional requirements into SPS order fulfillment processes, collaborating with the global SPS community to ensure alignment and execution. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in order management or supply chain operations, ideally in the medical device or healthcare industry. + Your skills include ERP systems (such as SAP), advanced Excel, and familiarity with regulated product order fulfillment requirements (traceability, documentation, serialized/lot-controlled inventory). Experience with SMAX and LEAN deployment is a plus. + You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + You’re fluent in English, and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus to support communication with stakeholders in multiple regions & You bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to manage time-sensitive, patient-impacting shipments in a regulated environment. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
