Your Role:
This Operational Excellence Manager - ISC S&RC (Integrated Supply Chain Sleep & Respiratory Care) will drive performance improvements activities and programs towards achieving substantial impact on business results, people’s development, and on delivering operational excellence to our customers. This role is motivated by working with people in all levels of the organization, driving change, and has a strong passion in implementing a culture of continuous improvement.
In this role, you are responsible for:
- Partner with data analysts to develop models with the goal to identify key areas of improvement and develop proposals including benefits, risks, and ROI to achieve leadership buy-in.Support ISC leaders to maintain operational mechanisms including preparation for monthly performance reviews and daily management meetings, and maintaining general KPI dashboards.

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Management)5 + years of experience in Manufacturing / Logistics / Supply Chain Management.Experience with data driven decisions and use of data analytics and modeling.Ability to deliver accurate, analytical, and process driven way of working; comfortable analyzing and interpreting large data sets, shaping analytical toolsets, and translating into business cases.Experience coaching team outside factories (support areas, planning, logistics, etc.) to develop problem solving skillsGreen Belt Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Advanced certified. Black Belt preferred.PMP certification is highly preferredProven experience focusing on productivity savings identification, planning and execution, and End2End view of value chain efficiency and effectivenessExperience in the medical devices industry preferred.In-depth experience in the Health Systems industry, order fulfillment and supply chain operations (e.g., distribution, fulfillment, demand planning, inventory management)
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
