CentiMark Corporation is hiring a Regional Marketing Representative with a Sales focus that will support the Regional Sales Team in marketing our commercial roofing services throughout the New Jersey and New York Regions.


Job Responsibilities:Research potential customers and performing cold calls on targeted potential clientsMarket CentiMark’s features, benefits and success stories through such platforms as LinkedIn and X (Twitter)Introduce prospects to CentiMark’s features and benefitsCall to prospect and set appointments for intro calls and meetingsFollow up on old as well as existing proposals with clients and prospectsAssist the regional sales team with their Top 50 Target Account effortsLearn and participate in CentiMark’s estimating and proposal writing programsPerform joint calls with various Regional Sales staffCoordinate marketing efforts with Super Regional Reps and National Accounts team as appropriate to develop new Opportunities/Customers for eachAttain monthly activity goals set by Regional Sales Management

Candidate Qualifications:Past sales or marketing experience is highly preferredBe able to lift objects up to 60 lbs., climb ladders and perform work at elevated positionsPerform travel (including overnight) as needed within the NY & NJ regionsCompetency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is neededStrong communication & writing skillsGood Relationship Building SkillsExcellent Follow-up Skills
Compensation:
Base Salary of $60K-$70K per year, plus Commissions
