About the Opportunity

WeWork is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Marketing Manager to drive comprehensive marketing efforts across the U.S. and Canada. This pivotal role involves leading the execution of GTM strategies that significantly contribute to brand awareness, demand generation, and member retention. Reporting to the Director of USC Marketing and Global Programs, you will be a key liaison between global marketing initiatives and regional execution, collaborating extensively with Sales, Community, Product Marketing, Creative, and Communications teams.


Key Responsibilities
 

Regional Strategy & Campaign Leadership:

Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels to achieve regional pipeline growth, member acquisition, and retention goals.

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches, market/building property priorities, customer marketing efforts, and segment-specific campaigns (SMBs, Enterprise, Brokers).

Manage and maintain comprehensive regional marketing calendars, ensuring alignment with national moments, product launches, and market-specific business objectives.

Act as a subject matter expert for WeWork products and their relevance to North American audiences. Share learnings and tools from North American plans with other regional and franchise counterparts.

Demand Generation & Growth Optimization:

Drive regional demand and lead generation efforts in close partnership with global marketing shared services counterparts, including growth, events, and partnerships teams.

Contribute to the optimization of the full regional marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless journey for prospective members.

Collaborate with global digital teams to optimize local SEO, paid media performance, and overall lead conversion rates for North America.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment:

Partner strategically with Sales and Community teams to identify regional business opportunities and provide tailored marketing support to drive leads, tours, and move-ins.

Work closely with global creative and content teams to adapt, localize, and run marketing campaigns, messaging, and creative assets for maximum impact in North American markets, ensuring brand consistency.

Coordinate with Paid Media, Events, Communications, and Social teams to ensure fully integrated program delivery and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Assist in briefing and managing relationships with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers as needed for campaign support.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Rigorously monitor, analyze, and report on regional campaign performance using marketing dashboards and tools.

Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to continuously optimize regional marketing efforts based on results and feedback.

Support the Director in preparing executive updates and comprehensive reports on U.S. and Canada marketing impact and performance against regional goals.

Project Management & Operational Excellence:

Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder inputs across multiple concurrent marketing projects, ensuring efficient execution.

Oversee the creation and localization of collateral, landing pages, and other marketing assets specifically tailored for regional use.

Support the tracking and allocation of regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource utilization and strong ROI.

About You

At least 4–6 years of experience in integrated marketing or demand generation, with a strong background in regional or field marketing, preferably in a high-growth, multi-location environment.

Proven experience in supporting and executing regional/local marketing programs for a national or international brand. Experience in the real estate, coworking, SaaS, or B2B services industry is a plus.

Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong analytical mindset, with a demonstrated ability to translate marketing performance data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.

Proficiency in using marketing dashboards and tools; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and matrixed environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

A passion for building communities and a deep understanding of B2B or B2B2C environments is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $105,000 to $140,000 annually

Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including: 20 days of PTO, approximately 13 paid holidays, and 80 hours of paid sick time per full calendar year; 16 weeks paid parental leave; competitive healthcare benefits; 401k plan; and life and AD&D insurance.
