We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative and bilingual Regional Marketing Coordinator to assist with the localization and translation of web content as well as support marketing activities in the Japanese market. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both Japanese and English. Experience in website localization while ensuring content quality and cultural relevance as well as experience in digital and offline marketing activities will be highly beneficial. The role would require the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities
Support the Japanese website project and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders (like Sales, Marketing and others) to meet project timelines
Upload and verify translated content on web platform (Core Media or other CMS experience preferred) and assist in QA and testing of localized website
Review and edit translated material to ensure accuracy, consistency, and culturally appropriate tone
Provide support for SEO localization by sharing keyword research translation
Support asset translation and upload, work on localization of campaigns and prioritized activities
Work on digital and offline demand generation initiatives in Japan supporting 3rd party advertising, online initiatives, webinars, conferences, tradeshows and other marketing activities

Required Qualifications
Native-level fluency in Japanese and business-level fluency in English
5+ years of experience in translation, localization, website management, digital marketing and event management
Familiarity with web content management systems (e.g., Core Media, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager); basic understanding of HTML, CSS, PIMS and SEO best practices is a plus
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of project management tools (like Asana, Jira etc.) is a plus
