About the role
Wonder is on the hunt for an energetic Regional Marketing Associate to execute local store marketing tactics and build and activate new partnerships in support of our New Jersey, Westchester, and Connecticut restaurants.
In this role, you will be the face and voice of our mission to make great food more accessible as you interact directly with potential customers in the field. You will represent Wonder at local community events to introduce the brand and acquire new customers, and will confidently approach local schools, residential buildings, local businesses and community groups to build relationships and explore creative partnerships that will lead to customer acquisition and brand building opportunities.
You Will:
Build local marketing plans including target list of events, partners and businesses in your region and establish relationships with key contacts (hotels, schools, hospitals, residential buildings, local businesses) to drive awareness of Wonder and acquisition of new customers Represent Wonder and execute sponsorships, table sampling at local events, and pop-ups Partner and support our local restaurant operators in their execution of the local store marketing playbook Support execution of larger regional brand partnerships Brief in creative requests for new marketing assets in support of your events and partnerships as needed Act as key point of contact for Wonder’s field marketing agencies to support the execution of a high volume of local eventsAbout You:
3+ years experience executing field marketing or local marketing tactics Friendly and sociable, excited to engage with others Able to work cross functionally and build strong relationships and trust across the organization, Hardworking and eager to take on challenges Able to work autonomously; comfortable helping to build new processes at fast paced start up Experience analyzing data to inform strategic decision making Located centrally in the designated region with your own reliable transportation to and from events Authorized to work in the United States Capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for the duration of a 3-4 hour event
Base Salary: $75,000-$96,000 per year.
Wonder Group uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
If your role is hybrid
Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
