招聘岗位：区域准入专员/经理

岗位地址：北京、上海、广州、济南/南京、成都

岗位职责：

参与准入策略制定，并负责市场准入策略在区域内的执行负责与相关利益方（如政府相关部门）进行沟通协调，为公司争取有利的市场准入条件，确保公司白蛋白以及NRDL谈判产品顺利落地组织并参与各类市场准入相关的会议和活动，建立并维护与政府部门、学协会的良好关系；跟踪分析相关的政策法规、医保准入动态（尤其是DRG/MDL）为公司业务发展和决策提供支持负责地方惠民保、商保创新药目录的准入工作在公司SOP框架下，与跨部门进行合作完成公司的商业目标

岗位要求：

本科及以上学历，生物、医学、药学等相关专业具备至少3年(专员)/5年(经理级别)医药行业市场准入经验，并有成功主导或参与NRDL产品落地经验；熟悉医药行业的相关政策法规，具备良好的政策解读能力；具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够有效处理跨部门合作事宜；有罕见病、血液制品准入经验者优先
